Enrollment Process

  • Enrollment and Charges:
    Happy Day Academy must have all necessary state required forms completed before your child can be enrolled. These forms required for enrollment include the enrollment form, health forms, emergency medical care authorization, CACFP enrollment form, authorization for automatic billing form, release agreement, parent provider agreement and the authorization to dispense medication form.

    Registration Fee:
    A $50 registration fee is required at time of enrollment. Registration fees are NON-refundable.

    Tuition is due in advance on each Monday of care. Tuition not paid by Monday at the close of business will be charged a late of $25.00 per day. Unless, prior arrangements have been made. We accept check, ACH payment and most major credit cards for payment. (If using a credit card, payment for childcare must be for the month of services) Tuition is the same for your child whether they attend 1-5 days. There are NO exceptions. This includes holidays. Your child’s spot is theirs until they are withdrawn.

    Happy Day Academy requires two weeks written notice when you withdraw your child. If two weeks written notice is not given, you will be held financially responsible for those two weeks.
