Healthy Daycare Menu

We pride ourselves on serving your child the very best ingredients available in their healthy meals. It’s important to eat seasonal fruits and vegetables because they are guaranteed to be the most fresh. Fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables include: pears, apples, broccoli, zucchini, and peas. Watch for them in your child’s menu plan.

Local and Organic Produce

We go to the farmer’s market when its open, buying only food that is in season. The importance of this is that we get only the freshest produce available. When the market is closed we try to buy as much organic produce as we can from local grocers.

Backyard Vegetable Garden

In addition, we have a backyard vegetable garden. This garden supplies some food for snacks and meals, and it also provides fun and education for the kids, who get to water the plants and pick the fruits.

Organic Healthy Meats

We purchase our meat from a local farmer who raises 100% grass-fed beef. We purchase organic chicken and eggs from our local grocer.
